Course Objective

In this workshop, you will have a step-by-step business guide to either develop or to have better clarity in your business values, product demands and strategy leading to an action plan with Experiential Learning and Real-Live Case Studies for participating SMEs and MNCs. 

The workshop is sales and marketing driven towards a customer-centric business model suitable for both online & offline businesses. Working towards high sales figure in a cost effective way to garner maximum profit.

All participants will be competent to create and launch a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) within the next 45 days after attending this course. The workshop provides you with the fundamental know-how to avoid business pitfalls.

By end of the workshop, participants will:
